No answer from Adam and Eves

As a new couple wishing to try a club sent a message to Adam and Eves on two separate occasions, just asking about couples nights and newbie nights and what would be the best night for us.

No acknowledgment or reply at all.

Is this the usual customer service?

Should we look elsewhere?

I got an instant reply when I txt them something must be wrong somewhere they are normally good at getting back to folk . Tuesday used to be best they had a newbie hour where it was free then if you liked it you paid and stayed
