Hi a bit of advice from the experienced club swingers please.

I'm quite new to the scene and would like some advice as to the best way to meet like minded people( really need to stop using that phrase as we all have our own likes and dislikes and can change our view over time. So not alike at all)

Quick question divert: what's a better general term for people on here as opposed to the general public

Back to main question: is a swingers club right for me? Not ready for a full on relationship, so will be single for a while but I would like an active no strings sex life and the opportunity to try out lots of different kinks and find myself.

If it is, are people accepting of single men at clubs? And what is the best way of meeting people? My view after attending with a friend in the past is stay in the bar and sit and chat. A pack of roaming single men can be a bit off putting, soz as thats probably rather unfair. Although I often find it hard to start conversations, once there I can chat intelligently and freely.

Is there an etiquette I guess regarding the starting of conversations/approaching strangers? Am I OK to instigate or should I wait to be approached?

Also whilst in the bar are most people open to chatting to some random stranger?

OK yes I'm probably overthinking this but don't want to put myself off by looking a knob.

As a single guy, if you sit quietly looking at your pint, people will think you are new and are just checking out the club and are unlikely to approach you.

Best thing is to smile and chat to anyone and everyone. Just introduce yourself and ask if it's OK to chat for a few minutes as you are new. If you get on well, you can then say something about hope to see them later and wander off to chat to someone else.

Single Men who are sociable and non pushy are always welcome at clubs.

This, with the added advice not to join the wanking dead and not to drink (or just have one or two)

Thanks everyone for your responses helpful and appreciated. Thankfully I don't drink and if anyone sees me joining the wanking dead don't even spank me just throw me out lol.i will try and find your post cj as again I'm sure it will be nube friendly. Have a great day you lovelies x
