If you're talking about Greenhouse in Luton, they are a gay/bi male sauna every day but Tuesdays. So only men allowed in on Wednesdays.

If you're on about Newport, it's Thursdays for guys, Tgirls and Tboys and Saturdays are bi nights. Wednesday's are naked days and the rest of the week is typically just guys
