Do you have to be a member?

Is it full naturist?

Is it accessible by train?

Kestrel(abfabs) is a swingers club with all spa facilities unlike others you mentioned which are basically just spas. It’s a naturist spa and they provide towels. Bring your flip flops or you can rent them from reception for couple of quids. You have to be a member and ID is required on your first visit. You can either fill form online or at reception. It’s only 5 minutes drive from terminal 5, so easily accessible by public transport. I think there is a bus stop right opposite which takes you to Airport. I hope that helps.
