Most likely be busy as it's Valentine Party night. Attic is always busy on a party night.

We will be there, we love the party nights.

We booked the Aston Court hotel but they cancelled on us as the Home Office have now taken over the building, I assume it will be used for refugees or asylum seekers.

Anyway we managed to secure another hotel so we will definitely be attending

We’ve stayed in the Travelodge before but always find it hard to get a taxi after 2am.

We found that the Stuart hotel is closest and easily walkable provided it’s not pissing it down

If you ask at the front desk, they will order you a taxi for you and as they come very quickly as we only use them.

Tell the staff you haven't been before and they will look after you, introduce you to some regulars who will will chat with you as well. Attic have a good clientele and staff will deal with anyone who is not being respectful towards people. Get along and stand by the bar area and you will soon be chatting

We love the attic but the one gripe we have is the lack of proper bar and social area. There are some sofas in the corridor area and plenty of seating in the dance floor area but we have never found them really conducive to socialising. The sofas just get passing traffic and the dance floor area is too loud to chat. Having bench seats along the walls doesn’t help either.

I hope when the club relocates they will create an area for sitting, chatting and sharing a glass of wine. It’s the only thing lacking in an otherwise perfect place for us

We used to tell ron he needed to remove that wall between the bar and the corridor as this would have created a better socialising area. We do agree that was the only thing lacking. Tables for 4 or 6 away from the dance floor would have been perfect instead of the seating they have

IF the club has already had similar ideas, IF something like this does happen, IF the club has taken on board all the feedback all these years, your not allowed to take credit, that's all we are saying, somethings just need to be a suprise, lol.

No matter what feedback the club takes on board, IF they do the hard work, all the credit goes to the club as always. It takes a great club to listen to customers and take feedback on board

The website is closed .

Since a website is only as successful as the information it is supplied with I have seen it as a complete waste of time.

Information is available to everyone but the website creator .

A thank you would of been nice for over 10 years of free webspace but hey maybe it's more important that the new faces take over .

There is no doubt the new website will get all the information it needs .

I will miss all the genuine people I got to know over the years and I wish you all the best .

In December when the owners health was not at it's best the staff rallied to keep the club open and operational, with minimal disruption, and with the long term future of the clubs location still a mystery a lot of decisions where made rightly or wrongly just to see the club through that period.

In January the proposed new premises were located and focus turned to acquiring them. I can first hand say the last 2 months are been extremely stressful for those at the heart of getting the planning application in and through its process (which it is still going through). The priority has been and will remain keeping the existing club open, operational and as fun and entertaining as ever during this time. In the background the club hope to commence building the new club as time is ticking, without any disruption to the existing. So yes a few things may have slipped minds, fell to the wayside in these unprecedented times. But the clubs priority is and will always be it's clientele and those attending having a happy and safe environment to come and enjoy themselves. We hope you'll forgive us for some minor inconveniences and join us on the next part of the experience the coming days/weeks/months that is The Attic Experience

Or can we.

Need to leave time for some good old us sex time. Lol "

Looks like you are planning a busy night, naughty but busy

I just want to add something to those making negative comments. A club is designed by the owners and team who works there. Unfortunately what works for one person does not work for others. With my own experience running events and working at a club (not the attic) you cannot please everyone and people seem to think they're entitled to have everything they want and demand it or make negative comments.

The attic is the only club I've visited as a single woman where I've felt 100% safe. The staff genuinely go out of their way to do everything for you. The team is really brilliant and they are so lucky to have the group of people they do working hard every day to make the attic a fun and safe environment.

People do not understand the background issues that go on. Ie working against councils and police and other public sectors that have to approve a adult club, which is still judged as a seedy place by a lot of people.

Just have a little bit more respect for those who have to worry and deal with all those issues. Staff who tolerate abuse from entitled people. Where they are giving up their free time to ensure customers safety.

As someone who visits here it's the only club I've been to which I can say has something for everyone. Where the atmosphere is always positive, people who visit are always happy. It seems a shame that when they're working so tirelessly that people still have the most minor things to pick at.

As a note to the staff you do an amazing job. You work hard every day and a lot of people do appreciate the facilities you provide and work you do and I'm really happy that you've found a new venue and I hope it all gets approved. I know the stress and burden of that so completely feel for you.

Ps see you on sat

Shocked …. we got turned away from Attic cos hubby had smart trainers on (black Boss trainers!) aparently it’s plastered all over the website (which is offline cos they are working a new one) so yeah sure we can check ya T&Cs NOT

News to us as we’ve worn them there before but we could rent a pair of flip flops …. Flip flops you actually joking hahaha flip flops are not better than smart trainers … Nah mate ??we left!

Off round Derby for a drink instead!

I'm really happy you felt safe, that is what the Attic Staff want to hear because it means they are doing their jobs properly.

Hope you had a good night. x

We had arranged someone to meet us there and he was turned away for no shoes on as well, even though people were walking round naked or or bare foot inside.

Doesnt make sense.

We had a great night Saturday. Mrs F was blown away at the amount of people commenting on her pole skills. She says she's glad people enjoyed watching her pole dancing and making people smile
