torbay

We Moved to Torbay last august from the midlands

We Used to go to chameleons in darlaston, so high bar set

We have attended both steamers quay and within temptations and have been very disappointed with them

Within temptations is a definite no, cameras in all the rooms in a swingers club??? WTF

Steamers quay, price up from £12 per person to £19 and increased private room rental, in our experience these should be open rooms as there is very limited room to play in the club, Singles price put up also, surely this would force the single males to go the other club instead.

So our experience of clubs in the bay is disappointing to say the least

Unless the owners of the clubs take note and address the obvious issues, then unfortunately both clubs will fail and drive couples away

Which is why we will try clubs like route69 or travel back to chameleons

Exeter

It's not quite as local but Swindon Swing is a good club. It's not quite the level of Chams but it's one of the best clubs we've been to.

We Really love steamers quay there is a lockable room near the glory hole area that we have used always had plenty of playing on the top floor with the new bed that's been placed we can understand the price increase as it must cost a fortune to run a Sauna Based club

I don't know how long ago you last went but the entry fee in steamers has been at least £15 a person for the 10 years I've been going. Yes, its gone up a quid each this year.

Its always busy though so the £38 per couple entry doesn't seem to be putting people off in our experience.

WT is a joke though. Unless you want to spend a very expensive evening rattling around in a huge venue with just one or two other couples or even all on your own. Also, every time we've been in the winter, its been freezing cold. We didn't even take our coats off the last time we went.

Steamers doesn't let single men in on their couples nights unless they go in with a couple. There are however a couple of other nights though where single men are welcome. See their website for details.

WT won't let single men out of the bar area unless invited by a couple.

Once you've been to chams , most other UK clubs , with a few exceptions, seem pretty ropey ..

You didn't mention Secrets , which is in the area and is very popular tho again a very different vibe to chams ...
