Didn't have the best experience at silverleighs and not sure if I'm being unreasonable.

We have kids and have 3 or 4 weekends a year where we can get babysitters.

We normally do Friday at silverleigh and Saturday at pleasures/eureka. We normally leave silverleigh at 11am on the Saturday morning.

My partner said we should both try the masseuse on the Saturday but she isn't a fan of the number of single guys on a Saturday as the constant following round makes her feel uncomfortable.

I booked the room for the friday and Saturday and explained we would be leaving by or 4 or 5pm but we both wanted a massage. I was told I couldn't book a massage over the phone but would have to do it when we check in.

I do that on the Friday and when the staff come in on Saturday morning I check what time the masseuse is coming in.

I'm told she is coming in early for 2pm because of us but might be a little late due to traffic.

She gets in at 2.15 and I go to pay at the counter.

"Oh sorry there is only one spot available as we took a booking for 3.30pm"

I said I booked 2 slots and she explains it was a phone booking that day.

Seems like the guy is a regular and a little bit of favouritism was going on.

I get asked am I still taking the first booking and said no. It was a 2 hour booking.

So I spent almost £220 for a room for 2 nights so we could both try a massage and then get our booking kicked back on the day because the staff gave our slot to a Saturday regular.

We have been a few times for the evening and enjoyed it but the last time we went the place was unbearably hot and stuffy

Haven’t been back since but never had a bad experience there always found staff reasonably friendly nothing like as friendly as pleasures thou and single guy’s respectful but Mrs K was never on her own to be bothered by them

Totally understand the frustration and disappointment knowing the reason you booked an extra night was for the massage. I guess know one will know the true circumstances around the booking error. I guess all you can do is to continue to go there or go somewhere else in future. I'm must admit we didn't get a good vibe over the massage and thus didn't book one. However we did have had a nice time.
