Planning to attend kestrels on Sunday daytime for first time, how is it like and what to expect? Have attended abfabs at night but not during the day. Are all upstairs facilities open - Cinema, dark room etc? Can you play....

Who else is attending.

Xx

It’s great vibe, tends to get busier in afternoon.Everything is fully open to use and enjoy.

Always can play if works right and obviously a willing volunteer.

Thats good info @essexgirl, thanks. Around what time is a good start - 12:00/13:00/14:00. I understand its not a set time, don't want to arrive too early. Also, what's the usual vibe - do people wear clothes or take it off as they enter or it's optional. Sorry the questions are quite newbie as I haven't been to kestrels day time.

On arrival, people generally change in the locker rooms into towels. Some choose lingerie etc, but it’s towels for most.

As for timing, I guess it’s pretty random. It’s a weekend so people show up at their leisure.

Kestrels on Sundays is a very chilled naturist spa day. So straight into the changing room to undress into towel and flip flops. It’s open 11am-8pm - go when suits you - no way of knowing busiest time.

Everything is open the same but much more relaxed and if you chat to people you should find them friendly and welcoming.

I love Sundays and would go every week if I didn’t have responsibilities. I do try to go for a couple of hours if I can.

It’s fully naked Sundays.Mainly bout 2pm gets busier. As said great vibe and pool tends to get busy.

Many start the day chilling upstairs and then move pool and hot tubs. It’s hot so might be quiet but there again recently it’s only helped there x

One half of us will be there whilst the other half has a break down under in Oz.

I have a question. Can the guys walk around in their boxer shorts or does it need to be a towel ? May sound odd - but I just can’t feel v comfortable in a towel.

You would stand out like a sore thumb in boxers and the staff would tell you to take them off.

What is your issue with wearing a towel?

…or you can wear nothing at all?

As a grower not a shower I like walking around in a towel lol.

I'm kinda tempted to go tomorrow too as I've never been on a Sunday.

Does anyone know what the parking rules are on the road outside the club on a Sunday ? Sometimes the club car park is full and I park on the road but that’s usually on a Saturday evening, for the couples party, when you may park in the marked bays free. Will parking in those same marked bays be allowed free of charge on a Sunday? Thanks.

You're not allowed to use phones, laptops, etc., while you're in the public areas, only in Reception, so you're not likely to get an answer just yet! (I'm not there, just commenting)
