Most clubs in Milan are usually staffed by professionals, you pay your 180 euro on the door and get two free drinks.

Go into a room and you don't even need to chat.

Please all keep me updated, out there in March so woukd defo appreciate the heads up. Googled them and seems popular there but they say about payments and some may be brothels not swingers clubs as such..
