We are heading to sandals Barbados in September does anyone have any advice on the resort please

Your very near to St Lawrence Gap, walking distance, and there are lots of eating/drinking places here. In our experience here just mingle with the local single black guys and be upfront about what your after and boom you will be pleasantly surprised to how you get fun xx also similar approach on the beaches. Good luck.

We are in Barbados on the 17th September this year staying in Rostrevor Hotel St Lawrence Gap xx

You should be fine in that part of Bim(barbados).St lawerence is where most of the action is.Dover on wednesday night opposite the playing field is where you can find some local action.

In gerneral plenty of fit strong guys on the beach.

We loved Barbados and enjoyed our visit. Not much in swinging though which was a shame, but we did enjoy the bars and friendly people and staff!
