Everyone is really friendly and there’s normally a few regular t girls that head along to the FFA nights as well and would defo make a point of saying hello as would most of the regulars if you were stood alone, cj and the staff will show you around giving you the tour and point you in the right direction, and that night there WILL be a pre drinks just watch the forums for the post it’s myself and sometimes the lovely falcon who host these in a relatively easily accessible for parking and quick drive to cjs venue, generally around the Charing Cross end of town

Perhaps you ought to check what the definition of a clique is because by definition every individual who attends cjs is part of the same clique

The entire congregation of a church is a clique

The entire stadium full of football supporters is a clique

The entire audience of the cinema is a clique

Education my dears is our friend, ignorance however has no excuse

Do you have to add something negative to almost every CJ's thread? Why can't you just ignore it and move on?

To me it reads like a bag of sourness. Did someone knock you back at CJ's and it really hurt you? Want a boo-boo?

The meaning is… a small close-knit group of people who do not readily allow others to join them.

I don’t think that applies to an entire football stadium or a cinema

Sounds like someone isn't happy about getting a KB from a certain small group of people who have every right to keep their friends to a clique sized group if they want to hahaha.

I've heard it's a good night out regardless of the so called cliques so enjoy.

Edinburgh (She/Her)

You make your own fun regardless of small groups who are closed of to new people.

You chat, you meet new people, you explore, you have sexual adventure.

You will be fine. Have a fabulous time.

2 Parties. 29th

Oooft. What a lot of noise.

Hi. I’m Anna.

I have been to CJs many times. Both on the TGirl days and nights and on a ‘regular’ swinging night or two!!

It is the one of most open and welcoming environments I have encountered for Trans people of all flavours.

Everyone is nervous on their first time. But be brave and it will be worth it I promise. The entrance and car park feel very discrete. Once you are inside you will undoubtedly get a tour with one of the lovely staff. There are plenty of places to change and/or touch up your make up. Excellent sanctuaries for later in the night too.

The clientele are mixed as with everywhere. It’s a pretty small community and so a lot of girls and guys will already know each other. But I’m sure a few will say hi. Or just wander over and introduce yourself. You’ll be welcomed. Promise.

Most of all. Relax. Smile and enjoy.

I can’t be there sadly. I am going to tomorrow evening tho. So I’ll get my CJs fix. Have a great time.

Anna x

Amazing place and everyone is friendly, ppl tend to sit and chat in their own groups because they find an attraction etc but I doubt they would be rude and not talk to you if you walked past.

It's a verrrrry social place for ppl who are chatty flirty and friendly

That’s modernisation of the word clique but it origins go way back before a clique was seen as a negative thing

A clique is a collective of people who come together through shared interests and opinions who are often perceived incorrectly or not to shun others who don’t have the same shared interest, different churches from the Roman Catholic Church we’re called cliques way back before any of us were around to use the word
