We enjoy clubs, they're all good in their own unique ways. We always try to visit a club when staying away, if there's one near.

I can’t speak for all clubs but the few clubs we’ve visited are very inclusive and anyone being even slightly transphobic (or any other phobic or ism) would be thrown out immediately.

Go for it.. initial nerves is practically normal. I still get them even though I've been to a few already myself. Just go, mingle, socialised and just enjoy yourself

I went once. Treated it as a girls night out. I’ve always been intrigued about them even though I knew they wouldn’t be for me. I was right, it wasn’t for me but had a good laugh and don’t regret it. And My curiosity has been cured.

We’ve visited about 15 Clubs in total, mostly clothed rather than dress down. Some M has gone to on his own, to check whether they would work for us (he used to travel a lot), some we went back to together. But at no club did he or I feel uncomfortable. I’d much rather go to a Club on my own than a bar or a vanilla club. People are less d*unk, not aggressive, don’t take liberties and I feel that I/we would be in control of what was happening.

We are talking about going into Clubs on our own now as the dynamic of being in a couple or being with people means that you sometimes compromise on what you actually want - being on your own could be better sometimes

We go to clubs regularly bad a couple and love it. I did go alone a few times as a single woman but it was after going in a previous couple so I knew lots of people. Always felt safe and staff always brilliant. I then used to go with a group of girlfriends and we would all look out for each other.

Which clubs are you thinking of trying?

I went to Decadance as a lone male, and it is a lovely club with friendly staff and patrons. Go for it everyone you will have a great time

I met a lovely non binary person at Va bi night, they was unsure how the swinging world would be with them. She loved it.

I love the variety of friendly people I met at clubs

that first time especially on your own can be very nervous.i would suggest finding a club you were thinking of going,look at feed back on the place to see if you think it's right for you then phone up the club explaining you are a nervous newbie and you would be on your own.they would probably advise you what night or day would be best and to introduce yourself to the owners when you got there so some of the regulars could show you around and make you welcome.thats what happened to me the first time I visited my local club Atlantis revolution in Stoke.i know it's a bit far from you but I can highly recommend it for someone new and cat and tag the owners are really nice and would make you feel so welcome.x

that is what I love about clubs and saunas the variety of people and no one is judgemental and you can just chat to people and no pressure to play but you can also have as much fun as yo want and I've had plenty of fun and my eyes opened to a few things too.lol.

I don't know what clubs you've visited,but yes that would put someone off.every club I've ever been to and I've been a few all over the country have always been friendly and open to everyone one .

You will always be safe in a club that's what the hosts and staff are there for xxx

Tell them it's your first time they'll be happy to show you around and introduce you to some people if your alone.

If your ever up Blackpool Club Play has a wonderful lgtbq community and there big bi parties are well attendedxxx

No one should evetlr feel like they can't be themselves no matter what xxx

I agree.the first time I decided to go a club I was very nervous and didnt know what to expect and was made very welcome by all and I was even invited to join a couple for some fun.it was best decision I ever made and love going clubs whenever I get the chance now

In London there are clubs and events that are kink positive and do not tolerate any kind of discrimination such as crossbreed.
