Hi, does anyone know if you can just turn up at va and sort the membership out once there. I’ve tried registering online twice now but still haven’t been issued with a membership number. I’ve emailed and tried calling with no luck so far. Hoping to go tomorrow but don’t want to turn up to get turned away x

I would bring Photo ID and utility bill (proof of address just in case….)

Also try messaging fab user Pink Flamingo - Kim the VA manager.

Q: What do I need to bring for my first visit

A:Your photo ID, a towel and your membership number. If it’s a hosted event and you’re not a member you need the hosts email/fab confirmation.

Had a look at the Q/A section on The VA profile.

For KISS Saturday event looks like you are ok (perhaps just photo ID)
