Im now in a relationship with someone who i met outside of fab.

Ive told him about the swinging side of my life and he has reacted fantastically!

We do not have a vanilla sex life-its more of a Dom/sub relationship, but seeing as he isnt used to the "swinging world", can anyone recommend a nice, friendly club that we could possibly go to together that wont freak him out!

He has shown an interest in visiting a club so im doing some reasearch-please help! Hope this makes sense,

Hotel attached which is reasonably priced.

Seperate social area for people watching. (I know he'll enjoy that) lol.

It's very clean and friendly with a relaxed at atmosphere.

In all honesty, I would travel to West Brom and go to Xtasia but on one of these specific nights. I'd either go on 30 Nov when there is a FAB social at the club, the 21st December when there is a Foam Party Night or New Years Eve.

The reason for picking Xtasia is because it's a nightclub environment, so you will be dressed, in his case smart casual, in your case as sexy as you dare so he won't feel totally out of place as you walk through the door and if all goes well, you can shed some clothes as the night goes on.

The reason for picking the nights mentioned is because they are all party nights, therefore there will be a good number of people in to mix with and decide just how far you want to take things.

There is a Travel Inn next door to the club on High Street and you can currently book there for just £29 so it's good value.

Vanilla alternative gets our vote too, Was the first club for Samantha as it wasnt on our doorstep and had such a great website. We visit often and make a day/night of it with the accomodation.

Your welcome. It's always an adventure. We take a leisurely drive up, stop for food halfway. Hotel, shower, try and avoid shagging before going down stairs, get changed, Baaaar! and then start eyeing up the talent. Works for us everytime... Lol mostly

Try The Lodge in Gloucester its a little closer and very friendly atmosphere and non pressurised

, you can also stay over for an extra £10

Or there is Romeos in Bristol or Bath Swingers in bath ( wet club )

All are a little closer to home and offer great facilities

There is also Angel's in Melksham in Wiltshire. We are a small friendly club,, who had a fab atmosphere. We are only a 40 min drive from Bristol.

The Lodge gets our vote we traveled down from Sheffield to meet some friends who reconended it. Such a relaxed club with friendly people and great atmosphere. We go to La Chambre in Sheffield which is a nice club but can get very clicky, we didn't experience this at the lodge only the opposite. Hope this helps you both.

The Lodge is a 'dressed' club with the bar downstairs where there's plenty of socialising going on - always good to get you relaxed and a feel for the place. When you wander upstairs people are still (generally) dressed unless playing and there are rooms where you can watch and also a couple of lockable rooms if you wanted to go and play by yourselves to get a feel for it.

ROmeos in Bristol is, again, a dressed club. Possibly go on a swingers night rather than a fetish night for a first visit,t hough. Rooms are nice and comfy with lockable doors - and then frosted windows where people can watch

Can't speak for the Office, having not been there.

Also haven't been to ANgels, but people I've spoken to seem to like it.

BSC is a wet club - has pool and sauna. Small bar area for socialising and then change into towel once out of there and into play areas (be warned - towels are VERY small and refused to get anywhere around my boobs, so I went around in underwear - more of a pain if you then want to get in/ out of pool/ sauna)

Lodge also offers a social on a Weds evening - free entry, no play, no dress code, chance to look around premises, meet hosts and chat to people.

We think in order for him to get a good idea of what is out there and for you to go on a night that is suitable, you should a) definately go on a Couples Only night and b) Go to one of the better clubs, we agree that the suggestion of Xtasia is a good one, and is probably one of the best closest to you, there is also Atlantis which is very similar. Both of them have a nightclub feel and on good nights the dancefloor can get packed, both have hotels close by, the latter having a swingers BnB connected to the venue (One of the barman and his Mrs run it) So we highly recommend both of those.

There are some other great clubs further out and they are all very different from the next including VA, Liberty Elite (Our fave) Chameleons, La Chambre and Infusion.

There is also a very good house party style of club thats not too far from you, called Decadence. We wouldn't choose the Office for your first time for him.

We would agree with this, try a couples only night first. Near Bristol, Bath Swingers would be ideal, as there are lots of non-sex areas - pool, sauna, private rooms. Decadent Nights is also excellent, though busier with more group sex going on.

We haven't tried the lodge, romeos or angels so can't comment on these, but we have been to the office a number of times, we wouldn't recommend this for your first visit as is not couples only.

You could do a lot worse than trying 'Secrets' at Totnes, one and a half hours drive from Bristol, which is no more than some of the other clubs recommended. Couples only, always a busy fun night with the accent on party as much as it is on sex, always popular with 'new to the scene' couples, a safe and friendly pressure-free environment with terrific facilities and a foc sleep-over if you don't fancy driving home. Why not try the OFFICE, its in Bristol, not expensive. The only thing is its a bit hit & miss on how busy it gets. We go quite often and mostly had a good time there.
