Chameleons is a great club. But notoriously a bit of a pain to join for single guys and expensive.

Maybe try a club that's no membership/free membership and low entry fee first? The club may not be exactly the same club and vibe but you'll get a feel for how clubs are and how a club night goes down.

Maybe try:

The Attic Derby (on a proper weekend Club night not just when the cinema is open). Big club, no membership, reasonable entry.

Or

Amigos Leicester. Open fairly frequently including so daytimes and weekdays. Small but very freindly and sociable club. Free membership (apply online) and reasonable entry fee.

This way you get to try a club risk free and without a huge dent in the wallet.

Also be aware that if Saturday nights are the only night you really have free or intend to go all single men need to be out of Chameleons by 7pm on a Saturday.

Call the club first ask if they are taking on new male members

If you want to attend Chams I recommend going on a event night you don’t have to be a member just be on the guest list!

Then if you like it you can get a membership.

Not all club do this but good way to see if you like the clubs before becoming a member

Chams has more single guys than it can handle and currently there is a very long waiting list for single guy membership and as a result it can charge virtually what it wants.

Too many guys trawling the place hoping to get lucky is a pain for both couples and single ladies.

Do as someone else suggested try another club that does not have as many restrictions (or benefits).

We speak from experience as we have been Chams members for over twelve years.
