Owning a construction company and having access to many build opportunities has lead me to wonder what would be the perfect club if I made it from scratch.

Discreet obviously, parking, bar and play areas.....But what else?

What sort of place would make you think "I'd rather die than miss this opportunity"?

Pool and jacuzzi, lockable lockers, working locks on the private rooms, good porn on the TV, and a nice public room.

Small plunge pool like in Partners. I do like their wet area.
