We've been to Route (several times) and Gems. Both we really enjoyed.

Looking to branch out a little but really anxious about going somewhere that we'd not feel comfortable at.

I've heard comments about certain other southwest clubs being frequented by the 'beautiful people'. No offence meant but I can't deal with people parading themselves about!

While I don't think either of us has been excessively hit with an ugly stick we're both clearly older and packing some COVID weight.

Any advice or recommendations would be gratefully received.

We've been to Route a few times and the staff are amazing and very welcoming. It is a small club though so can be hit and miss about playing.

If that would disappoint you then you may be better going somewhere slightly larger.

Gems is the only other one we've been to as a couple. As welcoming but not as intimate as Route.

We would recommend Remix in Swindon. Everyone is made very welcome and perfect for a first time at a club.

Great club.

I like a club that does what it says it does.

If it lets guys as a guest with couples than say so.

We've considered steamers. Curious about how people dress though. We're not so comfortable walking about in towels etc.

Some people wander round in towels if they are in and out of the tub.

Others are clothed .

How ever you feel comfortable.

Very relaxed atmosphere at Steamers. The fetish night is fun and everyone is dressed up. Lots of sea going on, not just spanking

We've heard nothing but good things about Secrets so are hoping to try that out soon.

Only SW club we've been to is Dare2; it gets a bad rap and is a little bit sketchy, but every time we've been we've had a great night.

Either Angels or Decs, both sadly closed during lockdown but hopefully Angels will find another venue and start up again. Tried various others in the region but not found any to match those two.

More likely to be dressed like you would for a bar, people then dress down to lingerie!
