Hey peeps.

We are considering taking the plunge and visiting our first club (Townhouse) for Dyls birthday beginning of November. Problem...we have NO idea what to expect!! We have never been to a club. Any input/advice/offers of chaperoning will be greatly appreciated :D

Although I haven't been in a while the Townhouse is very friendly so you should be fine.

There is private parking as well so thats a bonus.

You will be shown around and told what is acceptable and what isn't.

I think you should have a really good time and once you get inside all your nerves will disapear....

Have fun

I like Townhouse, it has a nice lounge/bar area (take your own booze) and a number of public play areas (couples only, invite only group fun and private rooms). My advice would be chill in the lounge or hot tub after your tour, its friendly so someone will get you to join in the conversasion. Then just go with whatever feels comfortable. Townhouse only let in a certain number of single men so you shouldn't be followed around wherever you go.

I'm sure you will have a great night and you will both end up bitten by the club bug (I was). If you want a chat send me a message, I don't live far away in Chester

wirral

Townhouse has been established on the Wirral for quite a while and is in an old pub, divided into 3 or 4 floors. It has carparking right outside in that they have an arrangement with Bookers to use their carpark at night.

It always seems to have good reviews with the exception of the last couple that have been left, and I am sure I have read somewhere recently that it has new management, though you may need to confirm that for yourself.

I personally haven't been for quite a while, but from memory on a Friday/Saturday night there are restrictions on the number of single guys allowed into the club in that they need to prebook and be known by the club through previous attendance at the club

The bar area was the social area and when I used to go it often had several; people whom spent the night just in this area.

At 11pm the owner used to bang a gong and that signified that access upstairs was restricted to teh changing room only unless you stripped to your playwear which in guys cases was towels or shorts and ladies, the usual attire of lingerie in it's many variations.

As to how to behave or what to expect, it's the same really at almost any club you choose to visit, especially on a first visit. Tell the reception it's your first ever visit to a club and not only will they show you round, they'll introduce you to one or 2 people to help settle you down. Help yourself by talking to people rather than sitting shyly in a corner and agree with each other where your limits are so you don't cause each other problems either on the night or afterwards.

Many people on a first visit to a club just socialise and have a wander round to see what's what so there's no pressure on you. Ofcourse some jump in the deep end too and I'd simply say do what feels comfortable to you both. Finally, many couples have a "safe" phrase which they can use to say that your happywith whats happening and want to carry on.

Have fun and hope this helps

Brilliant friendly club, under new management, so expect changes over the coming months ( for the better) If you join the club online before you go you will be admitted free for your first visit

First club we ever went to and it is a good starter as it is less busy than most and rarely has big numbers of single guys.
