Not that it matters a jot to me, but I've noticed a lot of guys lately just wearing jeans, t-shirts and trainers, or even hoodies. This isn't just single guys but male halves of a couple too. I always thought a collared shirt and shoes was the standard? (Clean, smart jeans at a push!)

I agree. If a man can’t be bothered to make an effort dress wise it says a lot.

We prefer guys to make an effort & look smart.

We ignore those in joggers & t-shirt who look like they've told their wives they're of to see a mate at the pub!

Always a shirt and smart jeans/trousers and good shoes at the very least.

If I'm doing the packing for Mr he gets a suit. With the effort the ladies put in, it seems only fair for the gents to do the same. X
