We've never known it to be pushy when it's busy, just busy. Tonight or any Friday is generally quieter.

Jaydees is usually very good for first timers as if she doesn't want to be involved in any "action", even through watching, she can stick to staying downstairs and still have a great time. Tonight it's Burlesque night, with live performances, and if you're coming as a couple, you don't need to book.

It might be a bit of a hike for you though.

A nice big easy club to attend first time. No membership, pay on the door, no risk. It is a single guy heavy club. As to how you find the guys is a lot to do with your partners nature. From our experience there is a lot of guys normally and there is a bit of following around goes on. Plus advances made, which of course is perfectly fine, as a guy you have to chance your arm. But if you were not in the mood for being chatted up, I understand how that can be annoying or intimidating. You do (or one of you do) need to be capable of being assertive.

Having said that it's a big club with loads of space, including spaces you can chill, socialise away from the action. So it's a club where you can break yourself in at your pace.

As a couple we'd recommend Saturday nights at Chameleons.

Couples only and a great atmosphere.
