Only place I can see is Rios?

Thanks for the tip but I think it’s a bit of a treck from where I’m staying to there in public transport and wouldn’t be long left by the tim I get there

You could try Our Place 4 Fun which is a club by Alexandra Palace.

It’s open on a Sunday evening.

OP4F is used to be open Sunday evenings pre-covid but not any more. Now they are open Tuesday-Friday-Saturday and occasional Thursdays with themed parties.
