We stayed in Park Inn hotel near junction 9 off M6, only a short drive (about 10 min) from Chams.

There is also a Premier Inn not too far away which we have stayed in on another visit to Chams which would give you the required vanilla setting

We're booked into this one on Saturday. I think the club is around a 25 minute walk from it.

Chameleons is excellent for accommodation. As well as on site it's placed in short taxi ride away some literally loads of accommodation (and normally relatively cheap). We normally stay at Chams but sometimes there's no room at the Inn. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Walsall and the Premier Inn Walsall Centre before. Both very good. At the Holiday Inn Express breakfast is included so you tend to see a few familiar faces and hear some intresting stories in the morning.

Mrs Misfit stayed at the Metro Inn Walsall once. That was an experience, I think she'd probably not stay there again.

The J10 Premier Inn is nearest to Chams as has been said, and it's where nearly everyone I know stays when we go up for an event. Room swapping is not unknown.
