Any experience of this place?

We are working in Brighton this week and were considering a trip

Yes. It is a really good place.

Extensive very clean spa facilities, but strictly no play or contact except in designated areas (the "rest" rooms).

Couples only I think Sat afternoon/eve.

Yes echo all of that. Excellent spa facilities and the staff are really good, but you need to be prepared to follow the rules

Couples only both Sat and Sun evenings (starting around 5.30).

It’s very much a spa with no messing around in the public areas. Private rooms upstairs are where stuff can happen. The place is clean and the spa pools, steam and sauna are clean and nice to use.

It's our favourite place. It's the only place resembling a club that we go go back to again and again.
