I will be enjoying the delights of Leeds at the end of next week and thought I would take the opportunity to pop into Quest on Friday in the daytime.

Just wondering what the daytime dress code is ? Are smart jeans and a shirt acceptable daytime attire? Also do people stay dressed down after availing the use of the facilities - hot tub / sauna / rooms (ok unlikely as a single guy in the day ) - or re dress for the bar area? Also would people recommend flip flop type footwear for the wet areas ?

Smart casual in the bar area, shorts or a towel elsewhere. Once you've dressed down, most people stay that way.

I think it will be towel for me then quite quickly.
