Infusion feedback

Has anyone else had issues with Infusion customer service? I recently attended on a Sunday evening which has always been open until 1 am, confirmed by the sign outside. When I went in at 10pm I was asked by the staff member on duty if I knew the club was shutting at 11? As I had travelled for an hour to get there I decided to go in anyway even though he still charged me full price. What he didnt tell me was that most people had left, the sauna wasnt working, the dark room was closed and he was so keen to finish his shift the hot tub would be empty by 10.30 at which point he would be clearing up.

I emailed the club to advise of my disappointment as I have been going to Infusion for 10 years and it has been my favourite. I suggested a refund might be appropriate. I had no reply, so sent a second email. Again no reply. I sent a message on Fabs - no reply. I eventually posted a factual review of the club and immediately got a Fabs message from the club. They have gradually got more abusive as I have tried to explain my position. They are now accusing me of.... (a word I am not even allowed to use in this post), saying my complaints are unfounded and have called me immature. They have sarcastically told me to 'have a great life'. No explanation, justification or apology. Has anyone else received such appalling customer service? This contrasts greatly with Club Play, also in Blackpool, which works so hard to attract customers and treat them with care and respect.
