Hello, my female friend (not on fab) is thinking of making a first visit to Quest this Sunday (possibly with me to hold her hand) and wondered how busy Sundays usually are and if anyone had any top tips as neither of us have visited Quest before

Yeah definitely worth going, from personal experience between around 3 and 8 is busiest.
