If you are single and would love to go to swinging club, is partnering with a stranger from this site a good idea? Anyone tried this?

I think going alone would be better and just making connections before if it’s an event that has a list of people attending, or just be a good addition to a party / event as a single guy and socialise / mingle well and be respectful, you’ll be fine.

Been to many clubs on my own and with company Worked out really well in a variety of interesting and unpredictable ways allways looking for new people to get to know as well as the occasional random short notice arangment

Absolutely not a good idea!

Why would I want to get stuck with someone I potentially dont like all night? Better to go as solos and then you are free to do as you like. Even tho people say there would be "no expectations" by going in together, I've seen plenty of rows in clubs where there clearly have been expectations.

Accepting lifts from strangers leaves you vulnerable to being left high and dry (eg if they fuck off because you choose not to play or whatever). Also, many clubs which are dress down have lockers and if you go in as a couple, you would probably be sharing a locker- I don't want my purse nicked, thanks.

If you take someone you don't know into a club as your +1 and they then turn out to not be very nice or act as a dick, it ultimately impacts your own membership and reputation at the club. I don't want to be chucked out of a club just because the guy I agreed to take wih me (so he could save 20 quid on the entrance price ) was touching without asking, being aggressive or whatever.

Go on your own, or with well known trusted pals

I have been to clubs with “strangers” but I’ve always met them at least for a social prior to going. Always had a good time .

I used to go regularly with someone I met for a social after I'd put a status about wanting to try a club (I can't drive), we got on well at the social, he answered all my questions.

We went so often we had a couple membership...communication is key though.

In the distant past

I talked to the guys on here and some met me at clubs. I paid in, they paid in (not as couples)

Takes the pressure off so you can enjoy the social and sexual element.....
