Hi all,

Hoping you can help us. We're thinking of heading to Pleasures this Saturday and have a couple of questions. We've emailed the owners too, but haven't had a reply yet (only emailed them an hour ago, so I'm not moaning about the no response).

In short, weather looks shit this weekend. Is it worth going there even when it's raining? Are the indoor spaces enough to entertain for a few hours?

Next question - do we need to book ahead, or can we simply turn up?

I couldn't see anything about membership and ID on the site but there's a good chance I missed it. What's the membership arrangement?

As it's going to be our first time (if we go), what can we expect? We really want to have a dance and enjoy the general party vibe. Is it that kind of place?

Anyways, I've had a reply to my email so all is mostly answered... Still not sure about the dancing... aaaaand it would be nice to make some friends before we go.

Yes there’s plenty of space and squashy sofas in large alcoves. Lots of playrooms. There’s a dance floor and when I last went the music was banging!

It’s a great place for couples

As for membership arrangement...there isn't one. Just pay entrance fee on the night x

Pleasures is open but you need to ring the club to be added to the guest list as for now they are still running the club this way for the time being

Always best to call Steve..whos phone number is on the pleasures website

It's an absolutely fabulous club which has so many places to play and mingle..to chill out and to dance! we are thinking about going either this Friday or Saturday, it's been way too long.
