Are there any clubs open in Blackpool,I am there this afternoon and just thought it might be worth visiting a club while there.

I don't know of any clubs open but why not have a look at the website of the club's near there and see if they have listed opening times, if you're not sure what clubs are there maybe do a search for lifestyle swimming clubs in the area.
