Is there anyone else there a little nervous about returning to clubs given the gain for some of us of some lockdown pounds?

Yup put on some timber during lockdown, on my treadmill as we speak, getting back to gym as well, I’ve a month to be fab ready

I've put on a bit of a beer belly and been trying to shift it. Have always been in reasonable shape so I don't like it, but I'm not bothered in the slightest what other people think about my weight.

I haven't put too much weight on but can definitely feel the excess.

Been back on the 5:2 diet for the past few weeks to hopefully get rid of the paunch ASAP. This diet isn't for everyone but it works a treat for me.

Yeah I’ve done a similar Paleo diet for 30 days and worked really good for me!! Like you said it’s not for everyone

I was fat before lockdown and have never felt judged in any clubs whatsoever.

More cushion for the pushing and all that!

(This answer is from C btw, earlier was L he's slim even with his 'beer belly')
