Let their fitness drop and wondering how you will cope with all the stairs in clubs and all the sexercise again?

I am now ‘trying’ to get match fit again in time for club reopenings! Staggering to the top of the stairs in chams and needing oxygen is not a sexy look

No advice for getting up the stairs at Chams but always thought they could cut stair case congestion by fitting fireman's poles between floors for an speedy and effortlessly downwards journey.

It’s definitely screwed my fitness since I play badminton & swim.

However, I have been treated to Vixen doing naked yoga and I’m watching her work out at the moment. She amazes me how fit she’s been able to get.

Oh yes, the past few months have been the worst. Winter weather, dark nights, no sport, I put on a bit of weight, not much but enough, lost most of it again, but my overall fitness has fallen dramatically. The longest I've gone with really hard excersie. Gradually getting back but it will be a while if ever I get back now.

I feel for people that have struggled the past year or so.

I struggle with my legs the best of times, so i am screwed now and not in a good way
