Our opinion is that a fair number think that because they pay to get in they can behave like arseholes and believe that they are entitled.

Decent ones, and there are one or two, just behave like they would in a normal bar and just politely socialise.

Only our experiences.

I have been embarrassed to be a single guy in a club when you watch what goes on sometimes. It's easy to see why guys get a bad rep. But also quite easy to shine.

Be polite. If you're interested in a couple, chat to both of them, not just the woman. Let them invite you rather than pester.

The rest? Well I'm not giving away all my secrets!

For us, the truck to having a good night at a club is twofold.

Firstly don't go expecting to get laid.

Secondly, make it your mission to talk to as many people as possible, not just people you fancy but anyone and everyone... AND don't just talk about sex.

Chatting to people and being friendly will ensure you leave feeling like you've had a fun night, and also gives the best opportunity to maybe experience more.

I feel a club is what you make it, it’s no different to go to pub. So if you with attitude that you are going to have fun and don’t go with the expectations that you will get some play then it’s a fun experience.

It’s good advice I would be inclined to engage with you as you are unlikely to follow me around behaving like an expectant twat. No I am not saying that all single guys behave that way. I would happy engage with a single gentleman as well equally.

Also have patience and resilience. Good chance you'll get knocked off your horse (hopefully politely) even if your a top guy and doing everything right a fair few times. Because simply you can't be everyone's cup of tea or indeed what they're looking for on that night. Don't take it personally or as a bad reflection on yourself (unless you are being out of order or creepy, then totally do).
