There are different kinds of swingers clubs.
1) nightclub style- they open in the evening till late at night. They have a bar area, some dance floor, but also they have rooms or some beds where you can have sex. Or watch others. There is sometimes a hot tub available
2) nightclub style with dress down- similar to before; they are usually open in the evenings; you normally come in dressed up but then, to proceed to play areas, you are required to dress down (lingerie/underwear, towel or fully naked); there is usually a hot tub available
3) fully dress down clubs- as soon as you come in, you change from normal clothes into a towel/underwear/lingerie or fully naked. They usually have a bar area, too, but most often they are open during the day. They also offer "wet facilities", like hot tub and/or swimming pool.
Some clubs cross between the categories above. They might be a dress down club during the day, but from the evening they change into nightclub style.
What to expect? A mix of people from different walks of life and a variety of ages and body shapes. Unless you choose to go to a specific event that is for certain age only (like young swingers etc). Also, there are clubs that only give membership to certain types of people- you need to send your face photo and full body shot while trying to register and then the club decided whether you'd fit their requirements or not. Most clubs are very inclusive though.
Some events are dedicated to just couples or women and couples only, no single men. When deciding which club to go to and which event to choose, make sure the event is available to you. Don't just turn up as you may not be allowed in.
Do not expect sex, unless you come with a partner. People go to swingers clubs for a variety of reasons, not just to have sex. Be friendly, non-pushy, try chatting to people (not on sexual matters unless they bring those up), enjoy the facilities.
Make sure you know the rough cost beforehand (membership, entry, purchases in the club) and whether you can pay by card or if you need cash. Most clubs do take card payments, but there are some that don't. Or may take card payment for some items but, for example, locker deposit is needed in cash.
And once again, as it's very important- do not expect sex when in a swingers club. |
