I don't see them being as fully open until later in the year, as last year gyms etc couldn't open their steam rooms, saunas etc, due to risks. It will probably depend on their facilities. They're likely licensed as adult sexual entertainment etc venues, so local authorities will use stricter vetting for then than other places that aren't physically social ones. Not before pubs and restaurants indoors would be my guess and potentially not before night clubs. June 21st earliest is the date for those I think. Similarly to clubs for sexual engagement rules

BGHS in brighton says internet their website they fall into stage 3 with May 17th being the earliest.

What the Govt have not been clear about is what restrictions will still apply once places are allowed to open. In the small print of the Road Plan they do say that "further guidance will be given nearer each key date).. So expect some places to still abide by social distancing and mask wearing rules.

Kestrels which has sauna , steam , spa , swimming pool , shower facilities is not planning to open until June according to a email I received.
