In pubs in the north east now - and soon in other places - you won’t even be able to socialise with anyone else !

Pubs will end up closing in high risk areas for sure. This is just a stepping stone to that.

So now 2 households can't meet and mix in pubs; not sure how this will be proven and enforced so it won't make a blind bit of difference.

Surely this was to be expected, you could mix in a housed yet you can meet at the pub???

I can see the rescritions just spreading across the country, nothing we can do about it. I'm sure of some of the logic behind it all, as some very contradictory rules at the moment.
