looks like La Chambre has been lost in it current form due to The owners have decided to retire.

There is someone wanting to take on the name but they would have to find a new venue a current premises as the lease is up. this been reported on other site.

They still have an active profile, so I will wait and see what the club themselves say.

There's always been regular threads suggesting LC has closed. Which have always been unfounded so far.

There must have been a dozen threads on here saying that they are shutting down. Until there is an official statement from the club it's hard to take them seriously.

One of their event organisers got the news directly from them, they’re retiring and the lease is up. I appreciate not direct from the club but they have gone sadly.

We've had some excellent nights here over the last few years. Management and staff have always been fantastic. Will miss it loads but can't wait to see it thrive again in new premises.

I used to find their website in the clubs part but that's been closed so makes it harder to find out club names in different areas x

I look after a website for a club. We been closed since start of lockdown I have done no updates and have just not paid the bills for the website as owner not paid me and as am unsure if club will reopen at this stage as 12 months' rent bill is a not a few pounds. I have the site backed up so can upload online again.

I look after a website for a club. Gutted we can’t have one last night at the original La Chambre. Looking forward to it continuing at its new home in the future.
