Just popped onto the rios website, which gives every indication that it has reopened.

Anyone know for certain that it has, and if its normal procedures?

Hi. Rios hasn't updated their website for several years. Not even when they had a fire end of 2016 and had to shut for a month or so.

Probably best to call them and see if anyone answers.

Probably not, but in theory they would be allowed to open (with appropriate restrictions) as they are a spa.
