"Well maybe someone hopefully will suggest it and clear out some of the CWAC lot and make way for better people!!! " It would be good to have higher levels of open mindedness everywhere but the first hurdles would be hit by the business, when they faced application to get a license as a sex venue. The wider public probably never think of such things, unless the media breaks a salacious story Some local authorities are notorious for being difficult to work with. Chester may never have had an application, I'm ignorant of that. Obviously business investors would need great confidence in their business case prospects. With 1 of the UKs leading clubs - Townhouse - not too far away as well as the current epidemic creating some uncertainty for businesses in general, it would probably be a very confident business that would consider a new venture, especially if the council could prove to be difficult to work with

Many applications have gone in for risque ventures, all turned down. That's the nature of the council round here." And they closed the pole dancing club after about a year due to an unprecedented number of complaints. Cheshire West absolutely will not allow any kind of swingers establishment this side of hell freezing over!

When the Puppetry of the Penis show came to the theatre here years ago, there were riots on the streets On trying to enter the theatre, my friend and I were told we were going straight to hell
