If you are thinking of going to a club and have concerns, ask to see a copy of the risk assessment that the local council/trading standards will have carried out. If the club refuses to share this information...well its dodgy.

Why should I from today, have to wear a fucking mask by law(!) to go buy a loaf of bread, when a room full of naked fuckers can get off with each other, just so some greedy bastards can make more money! Winds me the fuck up. I hope they get closed down permanently. If it's not safe to go in a Post Office or a shop or any of these other public places without a mask on, it's not safe to spend an evening in close proximity with a bunch of horned-up strangers!

Just my opinion hahaha!

Hit the nail on the head there, contact the club directly. In the meantime I'm off to bang my head against a wall, its less painful than reading the comments on this forum! Lol

Swingers and "socials"...what could possibly go wrong

Some clubs have reopened but purely for socials

Following local council guidelines

Social distancing is in place and is being enforced by staff and club owners

They have basically become pubs for people who enjoy the social side of the lifestyle no play has been allowed

Not hard to understand that genuine swingers enjoy the social side as much as the sexual side

just out of interest if the club does not have a licence to sell alcohol do customers then have to wear face coverings?

Blackpool

There seems to be certain clubs and events that get get targeted for snide barbed remarks for "social" openings, whilst another popular event in August that is definitely not going to be "social" seems to get a free pass or even a full endorsement.

The Hypocrisy of some folks is unreal

You don't have to wear a face covering in a cinema

Because that isn't happening. Although I will say it's concerning sex clubs (not swingers clubs) have all re opened

"If you are thinking of going to a club and have concerns, ask to see a copy of the risk assessment that the local council/trading standards will have carried out. If the club refuses to share this information...well its dodgy.

"

The club has to prepare the risk assessment and get it approved by the public health section of the council.

The risk assessment is then kept at the club if anyone asks to see it.

If it is purely social, why is one club asking couples to bring proof of cohabitation ?

I’m sure many clubs are sensible and stick to the social distancing rules. I can’t believe they all do though looking at some of the comments on here. Do you?
