I keep hearing sad rumours that some clubs won't reopen for economic or financial reasons after lock down such a shame. Do you think the virus will damage the scene or make it stronger in the long run. and how can we support our local clubs ?

I haven't yet heard of a Club permanently closing due to the virus, but of course there is every chance that they may have to if they don't find it financially viable to be able to remain closed until if and when things change if don't have a way of diversifying.

If you want to support the lifestyle and your local club, it's worth finding out if they are doing anything else during this period in order to raise funds to keep open. Some clubs are opening as as bars as or naturist retreats for people to have socially distant communication and sunbathe. (Some places are considering renting out part or all of their premises for couples /bubbles to hire).

If you are comfortable you can always look into what venues near you are offering by means of diversification.
