Some clubs hold an SEV licence, for those clubs, it is difficult to open due to legislation that was passed through parliment on Friday afternoon. For clubs who do not hold an SEV licence, they are private members clubs and if they have an alcohol licence, can open as bars. It's murky waters to be honest and each local authority will interpret clubs in different ways. So to say that ALL clubs can't open is not correct, depending on how they are classified. | |||

"Read an email from Le Boudoir this morning that it wasn’t as successful as they had hoped as they had put extra staff on to clean and waiteress and loads of folk that had their names down didn’t show so they were out of pocket (that’s the impression I got from the email anyway). I think the point he's trying to make is that you seem to always have a negative opinion about Quest . It's a lovely club and reading your comments historically you don't seem such a big fan.
