God I'm missing chameleons, not sure how long after they've reopened it'll be before I go back but I can't wait either way.

Stay safe everyone !!

So another week gone by with no visit to Chameleons. With Speculation that clubs won’t be operational until end of 2020 or even into 2021!

I truly hope we get a cure not just so we can all get back to normal, but to reduce the number of loved ones lost.

Hope all my Cham friends are safe and well.

Well here to another xx weeks of no club!

Having finally managed to get back to Chams after a long absence due to illness my lady friend was really looking forward to going again and as we hadn't managed before we were both extremely disappointed when everywhere was shut down as finally we had managed to find the time?

My friend had never been to a club before and was so impressed by both the facilities and atmosphere and of course the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my newcomer.

I don’t think a lot of people are aware of the business rates of a swinging club.

The rates are covered by the clubs turn over and any profit is quite minimal.

Since lockdown clubs have been closed and very few are owned outright.

All though club owners can apply for a rent freeze it’s still not clear if swinging clubs fall into the same bracket for pubs and restaurants regarding a business rate holiday (12 month granted) .

Don’t be surprised if many clubs don’t open at all after lockdown is lifted .

I don't think we need to worry about chams.

I can't wait to get back, it's my weekly let my hair down venue.

Thought I was alone... sorry your all missing it too!

I can’t see Nic not opening, but agree the clubs should get something as they are a business and pay rates, contribute with employment etc.

My bet is that a huge party will be arranged for reopening! No doubt my cock block Tammy will intervene;)

To think I’ll miss the sun deck this summer it’s nice to fall asleep on the benches and have a breeze go over your naked bum!! ;p

Hope your all well, safe and with family

Somewhere Only We Know

We love Chams too.

Its an escape from the normal life routine.

The roundroom, gloryholes and cinema are our favourite play areas.

We've some amazing times there and eagerly await the reopening.

Very much looking forward to it so many lovely people, lots of laughs and good memories.

I would like to think Chams is one that will survive.

As for the licensing question I believe they are treated the same as health clubs which are getting help.

Could be wrong though.
