non-working cam

much frustration is leading to blue ball conditions

I know this is a problem for others - my cam won't run in the room - it freezes on the first image. Its a flash player thing I think. Cam is perfect on MSN. Flash is most up to date version can anyone help?

Unfortunately this is a bug in latest flash. Seems like Apple was right and Adboe does make crap products; amazing it hasn't yet been fixed.

Try this.

Uninstall flash.

Go here:

Download version 11.1.102.63

Try that

If you are using Chrome, then I THINK you'll also have to stop Chrome auto-updating it again!
