Webam Not Working Anymore

Hi there. My webcam has been working on FAB uup until a couple weeks ago. I havent altered anything to cause this...

I have read the forums here and after doing everything, still no joy. My Webcam works perfectly on MSN.. but it doesnt work here.. it loads the first thing it sees and holds that grainy image.. and it doesnt work on Youtube to upload a webcam video.

I have uninstalled reinstalled the webcam

I have uninstalled flash, reinstalled flash

Used an earlier version of flash

Used different browsers like Chrome and Firefox

Gone into Global settings and all that shindig

Really am at a loss.. Any help would be appreciated!
