can't access chat - v long timeout???

hi. its been several weeks since I was given an unexplained timeout and I am still unable to access chat.

please can some one review the status and if possible let me know what's wrong

I had this happen to me last week as well. I was in chat happily and left then the next day I got the "your not currently ok to chat" message suggesting a ban but no email to say why or for how long
