Glad i came across this post as i noticed us in Scotland are going to have an 50's night at one off our well known clubs so i would definitely say you all would be welcome . But you would need to contact the club . Found in Scottish forum .

What about also having rooms for over 20s,30s,40s,60s,70s, 80s & 90s as well? Why segregate ages? If you don't want to chat to people in certain age groups, you don't have to. I'm happy to talk to people of all ages, personally.

Anyone else trying to get there wife into this

When I was younger I loved sneaking around naked, As I got older I grew out of it, Now that I am older have been enjoy I guess sneaking around naked again lol. trying to get wife into this but she thinks I am silly. She has been naked with me around the house when no one is home . When we met she was more open, bikinis, short skirts, braless sometimes. Anyone else having same issues, As I get older getting naughtier and want to do more. Love to chat with other with some experience or having the same problem

I'm new to the forum and to the site, as an older guy I can quite understand some of the frustrations faced by the over fifties in engaging with other site members with similar penchants.

That doesn’t mean, however, that I would advocate an over fifties only thread.

I personally have no problem with wanting to engage with others of all ages and am more supportive of measures to remove barriers to people (women and couples) of all ages to engage in open and honest discussions about all matters sexual.

Whilst us oldies should have the experience for interesting exchanges, younger ones may have a greater curiosity. Surely that’s a perfect recipe for interesting exchanges. We should therefore be finding ways we can both enrich our sexual lives by learning from those of a range of ages and probably other differences also.

To do otherwise would be akin to isolating the over fifties into a backwater with no discernible benefits for those of other ages though i accept it may assist those seeking only ones of a similar age to establish a connection with each other. Though one can do that by search restrictions on the site it still doesn’t guarantee they will respond.

In essence, I suspect the suggestion masks a more fundamental problem not only with this site but in society generally. Which for men is that we outnumber women on this site by a significant degree. That means that for everyone with a woman involved in their membership are inundated with messages and requests especially if they have revealing photos for public consumption. Whereas guys get frustrated because they feel ignored.

These are my thoughts only I hope someone can shed light on an alternative explanation.

I think what's being asked for is an over fifties chat room rather than specific section of the forum. This would enable people to chat only with people within the age range they're interested in .

I agree with you that isolating one age group isn't a positive move. Although we don't meet much younger people we still enjoy mixing with and chatting to all age groups.

What you say about men being in the majority is true and it does seem to cause much frustration. However in my opinion much of that frustration springs from unrealistic expectations.

Obviously we're in the older age group and receive far fewer messages than we used to despite me being a woman with revealing photos . We do enjoy talking more openly with people than we can with our off fab friends though and being able to flirt with people without incurring the wrath of their partner .

"I'm new to the forum and to the site, as an older guy I can quite understand some of the frustrations faced by the over fifties in engaging with other site members with similar penchants.

That doesn’t mean, however, that I would advocate an over fifties only thread.

I personally have no problem with wanting to engage with others of all ages and am more supportive of measures to remove barriers to people (women and couples) of all ages to engage in open and honest discussions about all matters sexual.

Whilst us oldies should have the experience for interesting exchanges, younger ones may have a greater curiosity. Surely that’s a perfect recipe for interesting exchanges. We should therefore be finding ways we can both enrich our sexual lives by learning from those of a range of ages and probably other differences also.

To do otherwise would be akin to isolating the over fifties into a backwater with no discernible benefits for those of other ages though i accept it may assist those seeking only ones of a similar age to establish a connection with each other. Though one can do that by search restrictions on the site it still doesn’t guarantee they will respond.

In essence, I suspect the suggestion masks a more fundamental problem not only with this site but in society generally. Which for men is that we outnumber women on this site by a significant degree. That means that for everyone with a woman involved in their membership are inundated with messages and requests especially if they have revealing photos for public consumption. Whereas guys get frustrated because they feel ignored.

These are my thoughts only I hope someone can shed light on an alternative explanation.
