Chat restarts today 25 Nov

We've been doing some updates to fix bugs in chat and we've had to restart chat a couple of times today while we do that.

This should improve performance and reliability of chat.

Apologies for the restarts while we do this. We should be done for today.

And another couple of udpates in past 10 minutes which meant chat restarted

Apologies.

These are to fix bugs and improve performance. New chat is more than twice as busy as this time last year.
