cams and freezing

Hi , The user cams have been opening okay and typing etc flowing along great......now when i try to open on any of the user cams i just get a white frame ........and the typing usually freezes in the room......I have checked adobe...and all is up to date....i have reinstalled google chrome...i have deleted cookies and temporary files...but all to no avail....anyone please help ...Thank you ....Mike ??
