My friend as been blocked of here because she was getting shit from another user so she called him a name and got blocked for defending her self it's unfair on her what can she do

No one would be blocked if they are the victim.You get blocked for something you had actually done.

The only thing she can do is contact Admin from the contact button and ask them to review
