pm buttons

hi all can anyone tell us why all our buttons have gone when we enter chat room. Our pm,block etc have vanished and our cam isnt showing symbol either when loaded. All help is welcome tyxx.

make sure its turned on to everyone or freinds only... ( just above the room list)
